Terms of Service

1. The Service

Wyka is a tool for Dubai real estate agents to create branded marketing designs — posts, reels, stories, brochures, and listing cards — inside Canva, using listings, off-plan project data, and their own branding.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• The Service is intended for real estate professionals and businesses.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

• Free trial. New users may start with a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
• Plans. Paid plans are billed in AED:
  • Monthly — AED 149 per month.
  • Annual — AED 1,490 per year.
• Payment. Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen plan to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Price changes. We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload or use within the Service, including listing details, property images, developer renders, logos, headshots, and any other materials (“Your Content”).

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You own Your Content, or you have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it.
• Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and with the policies of any platform you publish to (for example, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Canva).

Important: Wyka does not grant you any rights to third-party materials — including property renders, brand logos, or images owned by developers or others. Where such materials are involved, it is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to use them. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from Your Content.

5. Intellectual property

• Our property. The Wyka Service, including its templates, designs, software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Wyka templates or the Service itself except as permitted by these Terms.
• Your designs. Designs you create and export using the Service — incorporating your own branding and content — are yours to use for your real estate marketing, including commercially.
• Licence to us. You grant us a limited licence to process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is infringing, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Canva, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of the Service within Canva is also subject to Canva’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that off-plan project data will always be complete or current. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before publishing or sharing it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyka and Izzah Social Design Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Wyka, other users, or third parties.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
